How Do I Place An Order?Less

Placing an order is simple. You can contact us directly at GETBUSYTY@GMAIL.COM or call/text TY 224-322-5778. Your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days or hand delivered within 2-3 days. Pick ups are available at the following address: 3452 W. Irving Park, Chicago,IL 60618. Business hours are from 11:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m.

How Can I Track My Package?

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered.

How Can I Change My Order?

If you need to make changes or would like to cancel an order please send an email to getbusyty@gmail.com and a team member will contact you within 48 -72 hrs of receipt. Please add specific details so we can resolve the changes in a timely manner (I ordered the wrong color/size, I want to add something to the order so I don’t have to pay an additional shipping fee, I changed my mind I saw a different item I want to purchase and I want to cancel current order etc.) Please note orders can not be changed/canceled once they have been shipped. However, we appreciate your business and welcome all feedback.

ALL sales are final once merchandise is received so please pay attention to selection (sizes/colors). We do not accept merchandise after delivery, but if you’re dissatisfied with the order; please contact getbusyfitnessty@gmail.com with your request and our team will review your grievance in a timely manner. All sales on custom order are final.
